Pre-Delivery Inspection

Before shipping, our team thoroughly inspects, services, and prepares each piece of equipment. Every unit is verified and readied to ensure it arrives in excellent working order.

Handover & Orientation

On the day of delivery, a specialist contacts you ahead of time, guides you through your equipment, reviews its features, completes all necessary paperwork, and hands over the keys — all within your chosen 2-hour delivery window.

30-Day / 200-Hour Return Window

Return Policy Details

Good Luck Farm Equipment Group ensures that the following equipment qualifies for the 30-Day / 200-Hour Return Policy, subject to the conditions below:

Refund is 100% of purchase price; related fees (buy fees, payment processing, taxes, reconditioning) are non-refundable.
The reimbursable price cannot exceed 104% of the Wholesale National Average for the machine’s hours at the time of purchase.
Policy covers dealers and individual buyers in the USA, Canada, or Mexico for machines located in the USA.

Eligible Equipment:

Units sold "As Is";
Machines with ≤ 100,000 hours;
Machines priced above $1,000;
Machines with GVW > 1,000 lbs;
Specialty equipment, including commercial/off-road vehicles, ATVs, agricultural/construction machinery, forklifts, and trailers;
Units free from structural damage.

Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: Applies to used agricultural/construction equipment purchased online with our delivery. Returns must be in original condition with no modifications.
Timeframe: 30-day return period begins upon delivery. Items must be returned within this period.
Usage Limit: Maximum 200 hours. Exceeding this voids eligibility.
Return Process: Contact our sales team within 30 days to start the return.
Return Shipping: Shipping arranged and covered by us using approved carriers.
Inspection: Returned equipment is examined; modifications or damage may result in restocking fees.
Refund: If all conditions are met, refund is issued to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
Restocking Fees: Up to 20% for non-original condition, missing components, or late returns; assessed individually.
Exclusions: Does not apply to new equipment or "as-is" units inspected in person.
Governing Law: Subject to the laws of , USA.
